1.1. You are entitled to cancel or rearrange your lesson tuition up to 48 hours prior to the booked time without penalty.

1.2. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will entitle you to a full credit or refund. Within 48 hours, the fee is forfeited.

1.3. No refunds after 6 months from the last lesson, unless agreed otherwise.

1.4. Valid refunds are subject to a £15 administration charge.

1.5. Refunds via the original payment method, or bank transfer if not possible.

1.6. Additional proof of identity may be required.

1.7. Approved refunds may take 14 to 28 working days to clear.

2.1. 14-day cooling-off period for unused, unstarted lessons.

2.2. Block packages expire after 6 months.

2.3. Refunds for partial blocks recalculated at the standard rate, minus £15 fee.

3.1. Changes permitted 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

3.2. Right to refuse rebooking if lessons missed twice without notice.

3.3. Rescheduled hours must occur within 6 months.
